Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report advanced Red Team exercises in complex corporate environments.

• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

• Simulate advanced attacks (APT, insider threats, lateral movement, data exfiltration).

• Develop and use custom tools for automation and defense evasion.

• Conduct targeted attacks on web, mobile, APIs, and LLM/AI applications, including credential exploitation, injections, and authentication bypass.

• Run campaigns to simulate real-world attacks against corporate users and systems.

• Continuously research new offensive techniques, LLM/AI attack vectors, and explore advances in offensive security.

• Collaborate with Blue/Purple Teams to improve detection, response, and resilience.

• Prepare technical and executive reports with practical mitigation recommendations.

• Deliver presentations/workshops to strengthen the Information Security culture.

• Produce detailed technical documentation.

• Strong communication skills for presenting results.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, or Offensive Security at a senior level.

• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Expertise in exploitation, post-exploitation, pivoting, lateral movement, and C2 frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Metasploit, Burp Suite).

• Experience developing scripts and tools in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.

• Knowledge of EDR/XDR evasion and advanced threat simulation.

• Advanced technical English (reading and writing).

  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with attacks and security applied to AI/LLMs (prompt injection, model stealing, data poisoning, jailbreaks, adversarial ML).

• Knowledge of ML/AI pipelines security and MLOps.

• Relevant certifications in Red Teaming / Offensive Security (e.g., OSCE, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP, Exploit Development).
