Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report advanced Red Team exercises in complex corporate environments.

• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.

• Simulate advanced attacks (APT, insider threats, lateral movement, data exfiltration).

• Develop and use custom tools for automation and defense evasion.

• Perform targeted attacks on web, mobile, API, and LLM/AI applications, including credential exploitation, injections, and authentication bypass.

• Conduct campaigns simulating real-world attacks against users and corporate systems.

• Continuously research new offensive techniques, attack vectors in LLMs/AI, and advances in offensive security.

• Collaborate closely with Blue and Purple Teams to enhance detection, response, and resilience.

• Produce technical and executive reports with practical mitigation recommendations.

• Deliver presentations and workshops to strengthen the Information Security culture.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation and effectively communicate findings and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Red Teaming, Ethical Hacking, or Offensive Security at a senior level.

• Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Expertise in exploitation, post-exploitation, pivoting, lateral movement, and C2 frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Metasploit, Burp Suite).

• Experience developing scripts and tools in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go.

• Knowledge of EDR/XDR evasion and advanced threat simulation.

• Advanced technical English (reading and writing).

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM security and attacks (prompt injection, model stealing, data poisoning, jailbreaks, adversarial ML).

• Knowledge of ML/AI pipeline security and MLOps.

• Relevant Red Teaming / Offensive Security certifications (e.g., OSCE, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP, Exploit Development).
